How long will my order take to arrive?

We ask for a 3-4 day dispatch time, I will always try my hardest to get it next day. We dispatch with Royal Mail first class. Royal Mails delivery dates are

UK - 1-3 days

EU & Ireland - 4-17 days. 

America - 4-19 days. 

Please note that these delivery dates are only estimates. Please allow up to 7 days if you’re in the UK or 14 days if you’re in Ireland. If you have anymore questions please emails us stellahippie@outlook.com

Do you offer tracking?

Yes, please contact me for this. 

Can I change my address?

If you email us or contact us immediately we will be able to do this for you, but unfortunately if you do not contact us we can’t offer a change.

Will your jewellery turn me green?

We always get the highest quality of materials at Stella Hippie. Your skin turning green is dependant on any products you may be using. Please check the product listing and the product details for full materials. 

Can I return my products?

Because of the nature of the products we sell we will not be accept any returns. Please email us if you do have any queries regarding your order, this must be within 7 days of ordering. If a return is agreed the items must be unopened and in their original packaging, the return will have to be paid by you and the refund will be processed once we have them back.
